This sounds like it might be a browser issue.
We recommend clearing your cache/cookies and restarting your browser. You can also try clicking the links within an ‘Incognito Browser’.
If you’re not familiar with how to do this, you can Google ‘How to clear cookies/cache in _____ browser.’ Or ‘How to use Incognito Browser in ____’ (Chrome, Explorer, etc.)
These steps usually clear up any streaming issues!
